PETARC is a full- fledged training center of KSEBL imparting technical as well as management training to the officers of KSE Board Ltd. We feel proud to announce that this center has got national recognition from the Central Electricity Authority as a category 1 training institute. PETARC is located at Hydro Electric Power Campus, Moolamattom, Idukki, which is having two A/C lecture halls and one Conference hall with latest training aids, Computer Training facility, Library, Faculty room, Model Room, Model Park, Display room. It has a full-fledged hostel with 20 single rooms 10 double rooms and a Circuit House Annex containing 6 rooms with 3 beds each.

This office is responsible for all the legal matters related to the Board. The main purpose of this is to render advice to the Board on legal matters viz: Board's cases, contracts, conduct of adalaths, etc. The Office also functions as the Disciplinary Authority and conducts enquiries as per the order of the Chairman & Managing Director.
